People often meet to brainstorm, solve problems or generate new ideas together. But if we don’t understand our own creativity and the group dynamics we can’t produce the best outcomes.
To be creative we need a very different environment than a work-based hierarchy that encourages conformity. When we know our personal roles in that hierarchy and are able, as a group, to accommodate these dynamics, we will generate better ideas.
